Today, St. Augustine is known as the oldest city in the United States and the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European and African-American origin in the United States. Famous for its dark history of tragic events, including battle grounds, murders, and Yellow Fever outbreak and more. Many people were buried one on top of the other in 1 grave as there was a great deal of death over the years.
St. Augustine was occupied for more than 500 years by the Timucua tribe before Juan Ponce de Leon discovered Florida in 1513. Then in 1565 a Spanish soldier named Pedro Menéndez de Avilés declared the land for Spain and gave St. Augustine its name. Forty-two years before the English colonized Jamestown and fifty-five years before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock, the Spanish established at St. Augustine this nation’s first enduring settlement.

About the Experience
The Ultimate Paranormal Experience Retreat (UPE Retreat) in the oldest city in the United States, St. Augustine Florida is not your typical retreat experience. It’s a retreat on steroids. In fact, all other retreats run and hide when they see us coming! In the UPE Retreat you will be going outside the limits of this 3D reality to intimately explore the dimensions beyond.
During your 3-day UPE experience, Debra Lynne Katz from the International School for Clairvoyance and Theon Paulino-Filippelli from EvolvMe Spiritual Community will be offering practices and techniques to strengthen your intuitive muscle and learn fun ways to connect with the other side through experimenting with various mediumship and intuitive development practices including and definitely not limited to, intuitive walking tours, spirit communication through a séance, as well as journey meditations to help take you out of your body and into the world of Spirit. We will also be exploring the haunted city of St Augustine through walking ghost tours that incorporate mediumship and intuitive challenges, remote viewing scavenger hunt, and more!
Of course, no extreme paranormal retreat is complete without paranormal investigations! So, we added a night utilizing ghost hunting equipment with Paranormal investigator, Joshua Louis from Hope Paranormal! Josh will be taking the group to the oldest lighthouse in America, the historic St, Augustine lighthouse. There, visitors have reported hearing young girls giggling in the woods at night said to be superintendent Hezekiah Pittee’s 2 daughters who died there due to a tragic accident in the 1870s. Plus the most blood-curdling presence witnessed in the lighthouse is “The Man” who is usually spotted in the basement of what used to be the lightkeeper’s house.
Not only will Josh be taking you on this incredible tour, but he will also be instructing you on the various forms of spirit communication and Instrumental Trans-communication or ITC where he will be working with water ITC, spirit box communication, and much, much more!
This weekend will be so full of non-stop paranormal activity, that you’ll need another retreat, just to recover!

Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST) is a mere 10-minute drive to St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra for those traveling on private planes. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is approximately 50 minutes north of St. Augustine and 30 minutes from Ponte Vedra.
